Comfort Through Handmade Blankets

Project Linus is a national organization originated on December, 1995.The national organization is a 501(c)3 non-profit with 350 chapters. The Tucson Chapter was founded in spring of 1999 and services Tucson and areas of Southern Arizona. 

To date the national organization has provided over 10 million blankets for kids.  The Tucson chapter has provided over 115,000 blankets.

Project Linus provides handmade blankets for children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need. These blankets provide a warm hug, and become the property of the recipients and will continue to be a hug.
